A transa\u00e7\u00e3o depende de libera\u00e7\u00e3o pelo juiz da 2\u00aa Vara de Fal\u00eancias de S\u00e3o Paulo, mas n\u00e3o precisa de assembleia de credores. Ap\u00f3s o leil\u00e3o, o processo falimentar, iniciado em setembro de 2005, poder\u00e1 ser encerrado.<\/h5>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">IPMU\/015\/2019 Relat\u00f3rio Mensal de Investimentos:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Carteira de Investimentos: <\/strong>as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras no encerramento do m\u00eas apresentou valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>R$ 8.722.793,66<\/strong> (oito milh\u00f5es setecentos e vinte e dois mil setecentos e noventa e tr\u00eas reais e sessenta e seis centavos), com saldo de <strong>R$ 369.667.894,74<\/strong> (trezentos e sessenta e seis milh\u00f5es seiscentos e sessenta e sete mil oitocentos e noventa e quatro reais e setenta e quatro centavos).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Meta Atuarial.<\/strong>\u00a0A Carteira de Investimentos apresentou desempenho: <strong>4,94%<\/strong> meta atuarial e <strong>7,26%<\/strong> patrim\u00f4nio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enquadramento.\u00a0<\/strong>Todos os fundos de investimentos est\u00e3o enquadrados conforme Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CMN 3.922\/2010, alterada pela Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CMN 4.604\/2017 e Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o CMN 4.695\/2018, com a Pol\u00edtica de Investimentos e com ader\u00eancia quanto a rentabilidade e riscos\/retorno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Estrat\u00e9gia de Investimentos<\/strong>. Diante do exposto, o Comit\u00ea de Investimentos entende que o IPMU poder\u00e1 continuar migrar recursos para fundo de investimento que possuam o IMA-B 5+, como forma de alongar a carteira de investimentos, de diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o, em busca a atingir a meta atuarial no ano de 2019, sem colocar em risco prote\u00e7\u00e3o do passivo atuarial, diante da volatilidade apresentada pelo mercado.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>1) <\/strong>Os recursos novos referentes a Contribui\u00e7\u00e3o Previdenci\u00e1ria, Comprev e Parcela da D\u00edvida Previdenci\u00e1ria, devem ser direcionados para ativos indexados ao IMA-B, fundo Caixa FIC Brasil IMA-B T\u00edtulos P\u00fablicos Renda Fixa Longo Prazo (CNPJ 10.740.658\/0001-93).\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>2-)<\/strong> Para pagamento da folha dos inativos, resgatar os recursos do fundo Santander IMA-B 5 T\u00edtulos P\u00fablicos Renda Fixa (CNPJ 13.455.17\/0001-01), bem como para as despesas com a taxa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>-)\u00a0<\/strong>Aloca\u00e7\u00e3o Renda Vari\u00e1vel.
