O\u00a0Instituto de Previd\u00eancia Municipal de Ubatuba \u2013 IPMU<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0mant\u00e9m no seu site\u00a0PESQUISA DE SATISFA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong>\u00a0de forma permanente, com o objetivo de avaliar o atendimento, ambiente f\u00edsico, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com os segurados e as a\u00e7\u00f5es desenvolvidas pela Diretoria Executiva e Conselhos de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Fiscal.<\/p>\n

A PESQUISA DE SATISFA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong>, al\u00e9m de fornecer um canal de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o onde os servidores possam expressar sua opini\u00e3o sobre os servi\u00e7os, permite tamb\u00e9m identificar os pontos positivos e negativos do atendimento oferecido pela Diretoria Executiva do IPMU.<\/p>\n

Na avalia\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados, a Diretoria Executiva busca adotar medidas corretivas, reorientando e ajustando a presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os.<\/p>\n
