O RPPS deve <strong>encaminhar a certid\u00e3o de \u00f3bito imediatamente<\/strong> ao COMPREV para evitar pagamentos indevidos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mapa de Tempo (Obrigat\u00f3rio):\u00a0<\/strong>Documento essencial que detalha <strong>per\u00edodos efetivamente utilizados<\/strong>, origem por origem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc66<\/strong><strong> Pens\u00e3o:\u00a0<\/strong>Semelhante \u00e0 aposentadoria, mas exige:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPF do instituidor (falecido)<\/li>\n<li>Dados do benef\u00edcio e dos dependentes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Complementa\u00e7\u00e3o:\u00a0<\/strong>Usada para ajustar requerimentos migrados do antigo sistema <strong>JABOL<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Requerimentos com Exig\u00eancias: <\/strong>Quando criado, o requerimento entra em <strong>\u201cAguardando An\u00e1lise\u201d<\/strong>, suspendendo a prescri\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Tipos de Exig\u00eancia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f <strong>Autom\u00e1tica:<\/strong> erro de preenchimento (Exig\u00eancia&gt;Prescri\u00e7\u00e3o)<\/li>\n<li>\u23f3 <strong>Com prazo:<\/strong> solicitada pelo analista para complementa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\uddc2\ufe0f <strong>Indeferida:<\/strong> reativa\u00e7\u00e3o de requerimentos antigos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Tratamento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acesso via CPF \u2192 \u201cAlterar Requerimento\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Permite <strong>corrigir, anexar documentos ou justificar ajustes<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Caso n\u00e3o seja poss\u00edvel, pode-se <strong>encerrar a exig\u00eancia<\/strong> ou <strong>indeferir<\/strong> (com justificativa t\u00e9cnica)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> An\u00e1lise de Requerimentos: <\/strong>O sistema possui <strong>fila de an\u00e1lise sequencial obrigat\u00f3ria<\/strong>, evitando saltos de processos. Cada item deve ser finalizado com:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u2705 <strong>Deferimento<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2699\ufe0f <strong>Exig\u00eancia<\/strong><br \/>\n\u274c <strong>Indeferimento<\/strong><br Funcionalidades<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udd0e Consulta pelo <strong>CPF do benefici\u00e1rio<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udcc8 Acesso \u00e0 m\u00e9dia dos benef\u00edcios do <strong>RGPS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>\ud83e\uddfe Consulta a dados de outros <strong>RPPS<\/strong> via menu \u201cCadastro\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Cessa\u00e7\u00e3o de Benef\u00edcios<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>\ud83d\udcb0 A compensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 devida do in\u00edcio at\u00e9 a cessa\u00e7\u00e3o (\u00f3bito, perda de cargo, maioridade).<\/li>\n<li>\ud83d\udd50 O requerente deve informar imediatamente a cessa\u00e7\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio.<\/li>\n<li>\u26a0\ufe0f A cessa\u00e7\u00e3o manual s\u00f3 deve ser feita Conclus\u00e3o: <\/strong>A compensa\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria \u00e9 um mandamento constitucional (art. 201, \u00a79\u00ba da CF\/88; EC 103\/2019), garantindo a contagem rec\u00edproca de tempo entre regimes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Prazos Importantes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estoque RGPS: 1988 \u2013 Lei n\u00ba 9.796\/1999<\/li>\n<li>Estoque RPPS: at\u00e9
